Extra mattresses may replace extra beds; a fourth adult may not be permitted in the same room. Child occupancy, air conditioning and heating must be checked for the selected property.
Share dietary preferences, special requirements and birthdays or anniversaries in advance so the team can check suitable arrangements.
Your vehicle
The package guide suggests a commercial sedan such as a Dzire, Indigo or Xcent for up to 3 guests; an Innova, Xylo or similar MUV for 4–6; and a Tempo Traveller for 7–20. Luggage carriers and preferred push-back seating are subject to availability. Confirm the actual vehicle and luggage capacity in your quotation.
Package arrangements & quotation
This itinerary sets out the planned route, sightseeing and overnight locations. Exact hotels, meals, transfers, safari permits, entry fees and activity charges will be itemised in your quotation. No package price is published; request a quote for your dates and group.
Optional activities & extra costs
Activities marked optional or on direct payment are separate unless explicitly included in your quotation. These may include Brahmaputra cruises, additional boating, cultural shows, water sports or extensions. Flights, personal expenses and any other exclusions will be confirmed before booking.
Before you travel
- Pack layers and comfortable walking shoes. Hill weather changes quickly, and several sites involve steps or uneven paths.
- Arrival-day sightseeing and departure-day temple visits depend on flight times. Museum visits, ferries and river cruises depend on opening schedules, water levels and availability.
- Plan permit arrangements for Arunachal in advance. The team will confirm current documents and permissions for your nationality and route. High-altitude travel needs advance planning; share relevant travel requirements before finalising the route.
- Mountain driving times can change with road and weather conditions. Confirm accommodation amenities, heating, connectivity and payment options before travel.
- An additional border excursion from Tawang requires separate permission and a locally arranged vehicle. It is not included in this itinerary; current costs and any extra day must be confirmed separately, and permissions can be withdrawn.
- Mizoram has entry-permit requirements, such as an Inner Line Permit for domestic visitors. The team will confirm current documents and local travel conditions for your route before you book.
- Flights between cities on this route are not included unless your quotation says so. Book them only once the ground arrangements are confirmed, and allow for schedule changes.
