Information you choose to share
Our enquiry forms ask for your name, email address, phone number and message, and optionally your travel dates, group size, destinations and preferences. We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and to plan and quote for your trip. Please do not include identity document numbers, payment card details or sensitive medical information in a form.
How your enquiry is sent
When you press Send, your details travel over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to a small server function run by our website host, Netlify. It checks the form and emails your enquiry to the NE Insights team mailbox, operations@neinsights.in, which is provided by Zoho Mail. The website does not keep a database of enquiries, and the function does not store or log the contents of your message.
How long we keep it
Your enquiry stays in our mailbox so we can reply, prepare a quotation and support your trip. We keep it only as long as needed for those purposes and for our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Spam protection
To stop automated spam, each form includes a hidden field and records when the page was opened. The server function also uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions; this is held briefly in memory and is not saved. Our host may keep standard technical request logs to deliver and secure the site.
In your browser
While you fill in a form, your entries are kept in your browser’s session storage so they are not lost if the page reloads or a send fails. They stay on your device, are never sent anywhere until you press Send, and are cleared when your enquiry is sent or you close the tab.
WhatsApp, phone and email
If you choose Send via WhatsApp, call us or email us directly, the message is handled by that service (for example WhatsApp, operated by Meta) under its own privacy terms, and then by our team as described here.
Cookies
This site does not set analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Its images and fonts are hosted with the website.
